Cancelled sailings
All crossings and cruises are subject to favourable weather and sea conditions and may have to be cancelled at short notice at the discretion of the skipper (consistent with Maritime & Coastguard Agency regulations and practice).
In the event of a sailing being cancelled, we will provide you with a full refund.
Customer cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administration fee provided you give us at least 72 hours’ notice. For cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, refunds will be given at our discretion.
